The Good Shepherd Christian Counseling

As a Christian counselor, I view counseling through the Biblical picture of an under-shepherd—showing compassion, instilling hope, applying truth, offering direction, and tending wounds, all under the ultimate authority of Christ Jesus.

 

Psalm 23 reminds us that the Lord is our Shepherd who provides, leads, protects, searches for us when we wander, restores us and remains present with us even as we walk through the valley.

 

With God’s help, my desire is to create a warm and safe environment where individuals can share their struggles without fear of judgment. Like a shepherd who knows and cares for each sheep, I seek to understand each person's unique story, needs, strengths, and challenges.

Through prayer, Biblical truth, and clinical experience, I help clients identify areas where they may feel lost, overwhelmed, wounded, or uncertain about their direction. My goal is not simply to help people get through difficult circumstances, but to help them recognize God's presence and experience His restoration and guidance.

My approach to Christian counseling is grounded in the belief that people can find hope, healing, and renewed purpose as they learn to trust The Good Shepherd who faithfully walks with them through every season of life.
